Don joined our school in the spring of 2003, bringing years of teaching experience to our school. Don was Head Professional (Summers) at The Country Club in Brookline, MA from 1967-1999 and Head Professional at Thunderbird CC in Rancho Mirage, CA (Winters) from 1977-2003 before joining our staff.

Shawn is the senior instructor here at the Butch Harmon School of Golf and has assisted Butch for a number of years with many of the professionals who work with him on a regular basis. He currently works with PGA Tour players Charley Hoffman, winner of the 2007 Bob Hope Chrysler Classic, Brian Vranish, Craig Stadler, and Kevin Stadler. Shawn began working with both Charlie and Brian early in their careers and helped them rise from the Gateway Tour to the PGA Tour. He also works with LPGA Tour player Stephanie Louden and several players from the Asian and Koren Tours.

Nick has been mentored by Mr. Harmon over the past nine years. He began his apprenticeship as our player services manager. After spending several years watching Mr. Harmon teach, he earned his Instructor title. He has also spent three years following the PGA and LPGA tours as a professional caddie.
